Hide To: list

How do i hide the distribution list in Mail, If i send emails to a lot of people at the same time I dont want others to see all the people it was sent to, how do i do this?

    Go to view and select "Add BCC Header"





    then add the addresses in that field

    Thanks, it was in the edit menu though
