man so at work we ordered a dual g5 for me, and 7-10 weeks is a ridicously long time... I have to use my powerbook on the interim, and it sux, what would you do to get it done?

If your 1 ghz Superdrive Powerbook sucks that bad. I'll take it. I'll even trade you my dual 1 gig PowerMac for it.
I love my powerbook.... no no no no go away!! heh, no its just that I have 3 external firewire drives, a betacam sp deck, a monitor all going to my 2 usb and 1 firewire port... and I have to use just one extra display, when in there everything is ready, just waiting to get the g5... sigh, but still I love my powerbook.

Yikes, and I thought that the need to await the end of this month was a ridiculously long time. I'd no idea that they were backordered so!
