Airport Extreme question

This question is twofold.

Fold number one:

Is my Quicksilver G4 tower (800 MHz) compatible with an Airport Extreme base station? If so, can the tower connect to the base station and a cable modem at the same time.

Fold number two:

Supposing that the answer to the above is yes, would my PowerBook (with Airport Extreme card) be able to wirelessly utilize the tower's cable internet connection.

Apple's site really needs a diagram that details how this all works. Their descriptions are rather ambiguous.

Thank you.

    It's really pretty simple stuff. The Airport Base Station (ABS) is a router. Routers take a network connection and distribute it to a bunch of computers. So you plug your cable modem into the ABS, and then attach all your computers to the ABS. The ABS has a LAN plug for attaching one computer via an ethernet cable. Hook that into your Tower. Your PB will talk to the ABS through its Airport card. In fact, a whole bunch of computers could hook into the ABS via Airport simultaneously.

    Cable modem - (ethernet) -> ABS

    Powerbook <- (wireless) - ABS - (ethernet) -> PowerMac
