If your window covers the entire screen and you don't want to use the keyboard click on the finder in the dock ( that will bring it to the front ) Go up to the Apple menu select force quit. Then select the offending app in the force quit window. That's it.

Press Command+Option+Escape
Select the offending program and press Force Quit (or Relaunch)
Optionally, hold down Option and click and hold on the Dock icon. Then select Force Quit.
