I was wondering if there was a a free solution for webcam software?

I want to have the images automatically saved to my iDisk.

I'm using an iSight.

... it's almost free. The price is really moderate considering what it can do!

I recommend Apple's HackTV software. It's really a prototype to showcase how FireWire-camera sofware works with the QuickTime framework. It's very bare bones but it can record video to the hard drive, and you can take still pictures with it.

Otherwise.. I too really like EvoCam. Probably the best webcam software there is, period. I'm not familiar with similar software for Windows, but the jaws of all my PC-friends drop when I show them EvoCam.

That's awesome. I was just going to start a thread on this- because the iSight would make a great camera for fooling around with filming.

    Hmmm, maybe stopmotion animation.
