Forbidden error when trying to set up a Shared Folder
I've never tried to set up Personal Web Sharing or a Shared Folder, but I have a friend who is trying to do this and he's run into a bit of trouble.
Here is his situation:
This is way over my OS X experience (which consists mainly of clicking on anything that blinks at me), but I'm sure there is someone here that can sort this out and help/teach both of us.

I've already tried something with my brother's help and we have the web port all set up and everything, the error you get from http is just that it is forbidden.
