mail.app reply-to email addresses
The only feature I still miss from entourage, after moving to mail.app, is to specify "reply-to" email addresses for accounts.
For instance, if I send mail through mac.com smtp, my email address has to be my mac.com email address, but I'd rather that people see my business email address when they reply. So most email apps allow you to set a "reply-to" email header that in effect masks the email address that was used to send the mail.
And although the Panther mail.app update seems cool - it still doesn't implement this feature.
Anyone have any ideas of how to do this in mail.app?

I'll be damned - never seen that before...
I guess there isn't anyway of doing that by default - still a pain but at least I know it's possible.
