I just bought a 80GB d2 Firewire HD from Lacie. I was wondering what kinds of experiences you guys have had.
Good? Bad? What kinds of things have you come across?
Any opinions will be much appreciated!

These are the kinds of questions you tend to ask
before
you fork over the cash
LaCie makes good kit. They pretty much always have. You shouldn't have any problems with the drive.

Relax. It was money well spent. I have a few Lacie products--a 19" Monitor, a USB CD burner on my kids iMac, and I bought a 7200, 80 gig from them a while ago.
Love 'em all.
