10.3 Release Imminent? (as of August 16th)

I just hopped onto Sherlock to check movie times and a text message filled the window that said something to the effect:



"You must use OS X version 10.3 or later to access this channel"





Then a few seconds later the usual movie screen stuff began filling in.



You guys think this is a tip-off that the new OS is soon to be released? It sure doesn't seem like they've had it out in developer's hands long enough yet.....but this alert message sure got my attention~
