Does anoyone know where to get the best deal for an extra powervcord for the Powerbook Ti's? It's about $79 at the Apple store but I was wondering if anyplace else had it cheaper?
Of course I just paid $119 for a new power supply for my iBook from the local Apple Authorized Dealer, 'cause I couldn't wait to have the $32 eBay model delivered !
I had the same problem and happened to know someone who was an Apple repair person or something. The short of it is they were able to get me just the part that burnt out not the whole thing for like $38. Maybe ask a repair place if they could order you one?
