networked gaming in classic

My brother and I have been trying to play starcraft over our home network for a while now. Since switching over to OS X.2 it has been impossible to access the internet, or the network, in classic (OS 9.2). So we cant play the game. He is running Winblows 2K. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks a lot.
