Ha! I guess the 'old' Face On Mars was to complex a design for our puny primate brains. Glad they built something more at our level.

I've been out the last few nights looking for it, but the moon wasn't even visible. But then again "out the last few nights" means "wandering around drunk" so... Maybe I'll find it tonight.

just saw that... scheduled to visit a star party tonight (clearer than last night)

Opportunity is scheduled to target the Western edge of the dark region, (as if 9 o'clock)

Spirit will land near Valles Marineris on the other side

I looked it last night with my meade Telescope 90 mm F/11 1000 with a 12,5 mm optic, and the result was a small white circle with no details, because the air was not stable enough.

I have seen mars, but it was disapointing. The only gorgious experience that i have with this telescope, was the total eclipse of the sun some years ago (great experience, especially when the air suddenly become cold), and viewing the moon. Otherwise, it's dispapointing, very bad pictures only. \

    Yep..

We used it on BR but couldn't find a brain in the normal location ..

That's when we hit upon flushing it out with the anal probe.

Came out kickin & a hollerin...Ugly as all hell.

    Sure looks like BR....

There's plenty of Ai'ers who could do with an old fashioned anal flush..

being that they're usually so full of sh..t...
