Windows equivalent to Snapz Pro?

Simple question. Is there anything in the PC world to rival Snapz ? Preferably something which can record QT movies. I've done a little digging but can't find anything suitable.

    Bad form replying to your own post but i've just come across "Snagit". Anyone have any experience of this. No QT output for a start.
