Yiellds on the Sahara/Apollo?

Since the yields of processors basically determine it's price - are there any reports on the yields of the Sahara/IBM and Apollo/Mot chips availible? I heard that the G5 yields, if any, are quite low thus making for a high price, but if IBM can produce whole lots of Sahara chips it might have a nice effect on the consumer line..
