no connector for AV card

I just purchased a AV card for the Back of my 9600. It was only 6 bucks so i thought, why not. When I went to put it in, there is no "mini scsi" port to plug the thing in. Did the 9600 have the inability to have the RCA and s-video AV card. or did it plug into the video card or some other card?
