They're being quite secretive. My dad was there and he said they didn't even say a whole lot about it other than that it would be a huge update that will address all the problems people have pointed out about FileMaker. They referred to it as "FileMaker Next" because they weren't even sure if it would be called version 7 or if it would get a different name.
One specific thing I do remember is that user authentication would be through the OS rather than in FileMaker itself, so it's encrypted better. And apparently the maximum file size will be MUCH larger, something like 2 TB. So, that's really all I know about it.
