Re-Installing AppleWorks

I did a clean install of OS X but lost AppleWorks in the process. I don't have OS 9 on my comp anymore nor do I want it. But AppleWorks happily resides on my OS 9 install disc. Can I just yoink it from the disc and upgrade it to work with X without installing OS 9?



I have Office v.X, but I'm trying to go MS free so I want AppleWorks back.
