Sorry if this has been asked before, but does Panther's Finder have a properly implemented FTP client? One that allows for both reading and writing to a server, and one that does not crash the Finder at the slightest error (like in Jag).
Doesn't support uploads yet (7b44), but at least, it doesn't claim ownership of your computer when something goes a little wrong. SMB or AFP-mounts do not crash/hijack the computer when the mount unexpectedly stops responding either. It's nice!
