apple store order status check error

I have a dual g5 on order. When I go to my Apple Store account and click "Order Status/History", it tells me:

Did not receive any response from application. It is possible that the application does not exist, or that the requested url is incorrect.

It has been doing this for a couple hours. Everything else on my account works normally. I have tried it from two browsers.

Anyone else seeing something similar?

    Same error here, though it was giving a different error a while ago.

    Obviously, they're changing the status of all G5's to "shipped."

    The order tracking never works for me (using Apple Ireland) on ANY order. I sent them an email about it and the reply was "Call us to check on your order status" - no mention of why order tracking doesn't work
