With the iMac update not changing the world I wish Apple had done the following keeping with the AIO concept:
dual 2.0 G5 PowerMac (same specs, price as current)
dual 1.8 G5 PowerMac (same specs, price as current)
1.8 G5 PowerMac (lower price than current 1.6)
iMac 17" (1.6 G5, 512, superdrive, 80 or 120 GB HD the rest same as update $1,599)
iMac 17" ( 1.4 G5 if this exists or G4, 80, combo, the rest same as low end iMac $1,199)
iMac 15" (1.0 G4 same as above $899)
dual 2.0 G5 PowerMac (same specs, price as current)
dual 1.8 G5 PowerMac (same specs, price as current)
1.8 G5 PowerMac (lower price than current 1.6)
