Need advice on HP Laserjet purchase

I would like to get a laser printer for my new G5



I narrowed it down to either an HPLaserjet 1200

or a HP Laserjet 1300.



The 1300 is $100.00 more than the 1200.



Both printers are supported by OS X.



The specs look very similar except for the fact that the 1300

has twice (16 megs) the amount of memory as the 1200.





Would 8 megs be enough memory.



I will be printing mostly text with some occasional

graphics with this priinter.



I would like to hear from anyone who uses either

of these 2 printers.
