I need a cheap/free utility to open pcx graphic files. I dopn't want to provide Photoshop to everyone in the office, I have it and they all open a treat, but I can't find any other Mac programme that can.

Any suggestions?

i can't believe graphic converter won't open those. it opens everything! did you try an "import" as opposed to just opening them in GC? also, if you received them by email (just a presumption on my part), are you sure they aren't actually corrupted by not being encoded properly during transfer?

just a few thoughts off the top of my head

I think I just did file/open but since they have released a new version I will download it and try again.

For what it's worth: I can save to .pcx with Graphic Convertor, v. 4.5.2.
