E-Commerce Site Questions
Does anyone here have experience with creating websites that can accept credit card charges? Heavy database interaction with the ability to pay some cash at the end of the visit is what I'm thinking.
I'm looking for advice, help, information, etc. about starting up a web site for an idea I have. Unfortunately I'm not well versed in mysql & php stuff. I know it's not easy, but it also can't be that hard. And it's not just the mechanics I'm interested in, I'm also interested in anecdotes from anyone who's worked with this type of site.
If anyone would be willing to start a small discussion about things, I'd give you a big thums up. This is going to be a one man show for the time being, unless anyone else is interested enough to help. Then any help would be greatly appreciated and offered a cut of any profits of which there may be none.
