My question is, is Apple Computer really this stupid?
According the article (and, yes, it's from FoxNews, so can we please get that out of the way now, got the source from macsurfer...) it seems that our favorite maker of Macintosh boxes has been flouting the agreement. But the lawyers for AppleCorps don't seem to mind - more money to them.
Or is this a publicity stunt? Bad publicity is still publicity, and if it costs you a few mil in a court, so what?
