running Soundtrack below 500Mhz

I got my FCP4 upgrade tonight, and I noticed that Soundtrack would not work with my 450MHz g4 (if this has been posted before, please redirect me, i did not find it in a search)



I thought i was SOOOOOO smart when i went into the app's contents, and change the plist file from "500" to "450", thinking that would allow me to make it work..



Well, guess what? It just does not load! What is going on? Can someone guide me, I know this worked on FCP3 to get the Real time effects to work on lower porcessors... can someone help?



EDIT: I have read at Soundtrack Lounge of Others doing this, or at least getting it to work, so,, uhm,, why would it not be working for me?

    I was able to change the Soundtrack Loop Utility to work for me, why oh why this pain and sadness?
