Could I get my old Apple LaserWriter 320 which doesn't have an ethernet port just the old little pronged input (you know the one that you plugged old mice and keyboards into) to work with USB, or Ethernet? Is there an adapter or something that I could get? I am trying to get this to work for OS X... I have 10.2.6 installed.

Edit: I misspelled the title... anyone want to change it for me, thanks

If it's a Appletalk network printer, then you can get Localtalk (old style serial cable) to ethernet conversion boxes (I got one for free recently, and I can now print wirelessly to my Laserwriter 6/400 ). However, it's probably cheaper to use an old Mac with both ethernet and serial ports as a Localtalk/Ethernet bridge, if you have one. The software necessary is called Localtalk bridge, and can be downloaded from here:

It might work with a serial to USB converter, if it supports Localtalk.
