CSS sucks on IE Windows OR Help with this CSS BUG!
So, I am designing a site similar to that of http://macrabbit.com/cssedit
with the top row thing staying there as all the other content scrolls
this does not display right in IE
is there a way to fix it while keeping everyhting the same?
http://dcohen.dyndns.org/~neb/blog%20prep/test.html is where my design is located, the server is not always on though, be fore-warned of sample content

Without even getting into IE's odd CSS behaviour the design relies on 8 bit alpha blended .png images that will cause you a great deal of trouble.

You picked a bad design to copy if cross platform/browser compatibility is your goal.

right right, i know about IE's PNG poopness,
what can i do about the design though? Sans graphics?
I would try to think around it. Is it really that important to have your header showing constantly?

Purely guessing I would say the probably used the position: fixed; attribute this only really works on macs. I have tried to used it before and I gave up.
