I am running Virtual PC so that I can use my Powerbook at work. Is there any way to move documents from the Win2K to my OSX? Also is there any programs out there to move all my stuff from one PB to another?

If you have a VPC window open, you can drag and drop between the two.
Otherwise, you can "share a folder" between the VPC environment and your mac.
Perhaps others can speak to how well you can network your VPC environment with a windows network.

This probably isn't the most efficient way, but is another method:
Shut down your Win2K.
Using the Settings in your Virtual PC list, select your Win2K hard drive and mount it on the desktop.
Drag the files wherever you want.
Sometimes I can't read CDs in VPC even though they work in OS X. You can also use the above technique to drag files or programs from those CDs into your Win2K disk.
