OS X Server trouble AGAIN ...uuugh!

Once again, I am at a loss. I'm running OS X Server 10.2.6 with openSSL. I just purchased a secure certificate from Verisign. I follow the instructions on Apple's OS X server Admin PDF guide for generating a secure certificate and installing the key. (page 383 and so on)



I try to use the Server Manager like the Apple Instruction Guide sais, but I get these errors and the Web Server fails to re-boot. I know I am using the correct Passphrase. Is this an issue with the OpenSSL built into OSX Server, or am i missing something? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Here is the error messages:
