Hide .DS.Store Files in Windows network.?
Hey there everyone. I have a question. I am not sure if I should ask here but I am gonna give it a shot since I am sure there are a others that work in mixed-OS networks.
Our network at the office is heavily Windows based. We have a few people including that myself that also have mac workstations. We have been running DAVE because Apple implementation of Samba can be somewhat of a joke. Anyways, I wanted to know if there was a way to hide the .DS Store files left around. Either with a registry settings on the windows machines or something along those lines.
If you can provide any information that would be awesome!
Thanks!!
