Encrypting PDFs - DRM-style?

Hello, I had a question for anyone out there. I am trying to figure out a way to encrypt a PDF for Macintosh. However, I need more than regular Acrobat encryption. I need something like DRM where only the person who's downloaded the file will be able to open it (that is, no password-sharing).

I know that for PCs there's a program called FileOpen that can do this sort of thing. Does anyone know of any similar Mac programs that do this? The only solutions I've found are more enterprise level, while I need something that doesn't cost $1,000 to purchase or implement.

If any of you have any ideas, let me know -- thanks!
