Fax stf question

I want to be able to take a faxed document I receive and turn it into an editable file in something like MS Word or Appleworks...withough just re-typing the fax...any way at all to do that?

    you will need some sort of OCR program, since the fax is IMAGE data. I have heard good and bad things about OCR you will have to have a hunt round and see what reviews you can find.
