Does the current iMac have an internal USB port?
I noticed in the Developer Notes that the flat-panel iMacs that can be built-to-order with an internal Bluetooth module show it as a USB bus. Is it possible that the internal Bluetooth module is nothing more than an internal USB port with a USB Bluetooth dongle connected? It says the modem is as well so I don't know. Has anyone taken one of these iMacs apart?
Comments
They will probably 1 or two chips soldered to the motherboard.

It IS on a USB bus, but you won't be seeing a standard port when you open it up. (a la the iBook's keyboard is technically ADB)
Are you sure? I suspect you are right but have you opened one up? While the Airport Extreme card has antenna connections the internal Bluetooth module does not. This makes me think it may just be a USB dongle.

its not.
Apple has been using internal USB modems for a while now, now this.... same thing, not a true plug tho, just the USB bus.
