Hard Drive difficulties (OS 9)

One of my friends is having difficulty with his computer. All 3 drives are on the same SCSI controller and all three drives are formatted in Mac OS Extended, yet he can only see one drive in OS 9.

Solution?

    that's because the SCSI ID's on each seperate HD have to be different. It takes a long time to figure which device should use which ID.
