anyone know of similar QuickTime player interface mods such as this?

    not quite what you were looking for, but in the vein of "QT can do this cool stuff"...



    ASCII Movies in QT



    and of course, QT is still one of the few movie players that can play clips in reverse

    play your clip (in browser or QT), then click CMD and back arrow... voila... Yoda speak.

    There's a performance improved version with color too. Search Google for "ASCIIMoviePlayer"
