Anyone used MacConnection for purchases?

A friend of mine uses and likes them, and has given me the name of a representative there to work with for purchasing (finally) a new Alu15" and a few pieces of software.



Can anyone else recommend this outfit? Or advise against?

    I've ordered from them with no problems to my recollection. Any Mac users who were around before eCommerce can tell you how incredibly important all of the catalog stores became as Windows became the dominant platform. MacConnection, Club Mac, Mac Warehouse, Mac Zone and Mac Mall were/are competent business operations that continue to compete with the Mothership's own stores, both online and brick & mortar.
