I'm working on a new imovie project. When I try to put music from my itunes library into the film, imovie can't find the library. I can only use imovie's sounds. How can I tell imovie were the music is?
It should be able to find it by itself, unless you moved your library. The drop down menu in the top right hand corner of the iMovie window should give you the option to select from your iTunes library, your playlists in iTunes, the iMovie sound effects, or an Audio CD. If not, you are able to manually import music/sound effects. Go to File, import, than find your iTunes music library (in your home folder, in music) and select the song you would like to import. Hope this helps.
Edit: in the future, you may want to post questions about iApps in Digital Hub, you will get more responses there. I believe even questions (usually reserved for the Genius Bar) if about iApps should be in Digital Hub.
I know they should be there. I even tried to move my Library to see if something would change. I couldn't find anything strange in the imovie.plist either. iMovie just says it can't find the Library :-(. On my last project it still found it, and I haven't changed anything.
I've now used this extremely cool drag'n drop feature (itunes directly into the timeline). It works better than if the Library would appear.

Thank you anyway
I forgot about that. It works very well too. But like defiant said, try deleting the imovie.plist and try again. That may help.
