Cheapest Anywhere Internet

Well what is the cheapest way to get the internet anywhere? I know you can do this with cell phones but I don't know HOW to do it cheaply.

Edit: keep in mind i'll put up with so-slow-that-28.8-would-be nice-upgrade slow.

    I have a SonyEricsson T68i with BT and T-Mobile. I pay $10 a month for unlimited internet access through GPRS at 33.6Kbps ANYWHERE. It's nice.

    Haha well how much does the T68i cost and is that the only service you have to pay for?
