PBG4 400 and OS 9.1 CD

Is there some known reason why I cannot install Mac OS 9.1 onto a PowerBook G4 400 MHz?



This is the full OS CD that came with OS X 10.0.

    Maybe because your TiBook came with a special version of 9.1? I doubt it though since they were released at the same time.
