I LOVE the new game on the iPod from the frimware update. it takes 5 or 6 of your songs and plays one of them for a few seconds and you have to guess what it is. ROCK ON. Jobs must be BEAMING today. This is gonna be HUGE in the Windows world...the iTunes thing of course.

Name that tune? That is really cool. I am going to have to try it out once I install the new iPod update.

I wish this were a feature of iTunes too. That would make it the perfect party system.

It took me a good 5 seconds to realize what "Music Quiz" was. I selected it and the music started in the middle of a song and I see 5 songs listed. I was thinking "what the hell" then it clicked...hah. I thought it was going to ask me questions about music. Afterall, it is called "QUIZ" hehe.

Also, notice that the battery indicator is now solid rather than using bars. I have no idea if it's continuous though, it's very likely that they just removed the bars from the graphic but there are still only four levels it can display at. A continuous meter would be nice though.

they only removed the bars from the graphic, you can see this if you plug it in to charge, the meter steps up in 25% increments

You thought 5 seconds was long, try playing the game without headphones! The other games don't need them. What's the point?

Don't worry. (not that you would) I gave it another shot at school when my mental light bulb was plugged in.

LOL I didn't actually plug in the head phones and actually expected questions about the songs! I thought Music Quiz was lame as hell because I thought you just had to guess the random song. Until I read this thread, I didn't realize you needed to plug in your headphones. lol All day I've been thinking: what a lame game!!

Mine did that at first. Plug it into your mac and then eject - it must be something funky after the update.
