    command-drag?

What toolbar? A Finder window toolbar? the *.menu tools on the top right of your menu bar? In either case, command-dragging should get rid of it with a poof of smoke.

    See if this works:

Q: I told Magic Menu (OS X) NOT to 'Launch at Login', but now, when I Login, I still see the Magic Menu in my menu bar. But that's not all, when I try to use that Magic Menu, it doesn't work. How do I get Magic Menu to NOT launch at Login?

A: If you set Magic Menu to Launch at Login and then later undo that setting, when you next Login you may see a non-working Magic Menu appear in the Finder's Menu Bar. To stop this behavior, go to the StuffIt Deluxe folder > Magic Menu folder and rename the Magic Menu application to "MagicMenu (disabled)". Now Logout and Login again. If you want to use the Magic Menu again, simply change its name back to "Magic Menu" and double-click it.

Just command-drag it, and it will puff into smoke.

Judging from the description, this is not a standard *.menu file -- instead it's a little application running sans-dock icon putting the menu there. That's why my suggestion of command-dragging didn't work.

I am so sorry that the misunderstanding of command key, instead of it, I press Cltr, so the menu refuse to proof out, but it is clean on my top right corner toolbar.
