Word Macro for Indexing?
I've been building an index for a Word document and rather than the five stage sequence of;
Insert
Index and Tables
Mark Entry
Mark All
Close
I've been attempting to record a Macro to assign (say) F7 to complete the whole sequence.
The problem is that each time I try, the actual word that I use for the recording gets included in the macro and gets re-added to the index no matter which other words I'm trying to index using F7.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
