Tricky LAN File Sharing Question

I'm currently living in a house with four other people, and would love to be able to share files with them, but it seems to be a bit tricky. Here's the current setup:

There is a single internet connection (via a cable modem) that is plugged into a single router. This router has 4 things plugged into it: 3 computers running some form of Windows XP, and my Airport Extreme Base Station (with the most recent firmware updates). I'm connected to the internet wirelessly, and my roommate is connected to the internet through the LAN port of the AEBS.

Now that that's all out of the way, how do I see the shares of the 3 computers on the other side of the AEBS? My roommates computer always shows up in the Network Panel in the finder, but my other housemates don't. Any ideas of what I need to do? It's not an imperative issue, but it'd be nice to be able to share stuff without having to resort to AIM. Thanks for any help!

Your friends need to run the network setup wizard, It will ask them some questions about there network and then it will do its "thang". After a reboot of their computers everything will be set.

Note: that during the setup wizard you will be asked which workgroup you are apart of... ALL computers on your network must be setup under the same workgroup. This holds true even for your mac.

This should be all you need. Unless you have some crazy old networking hardware in your friends PCs. Tokenrings are ugly.
