PPP dialup scheduler

WFM, supposed to help download files that are too large to download without your connection cutting off.
You enter file names from URLs into a file as you find them on the internet, and there is a cron script that will automatically download them any time you wish, such as during the night.
Even if the download is not finished after one schedule, it can continue the download the next time at the place where it left off.
It takes kind of a trick to integrate PPP dialup into the Finder and all that. The script does it, but might take extra configuration.
