cant logon ichat or aim on my mac

hi all,

i counldn't figure out why i couldn't log on my ichat or aim. but my msn messager and yahoo messager work just fine.

i try to use the aim express but didn't work too.

it said, "The connection to the host was unexpectedly lost."

i am using my office's mac.

it's on network. running under 10.2.8 have every updated. i am no networking experiences. any help? thanks!!

    It may be a port problem. AOL (and AIM) requires a couple of ports that your network's router may have closed. I forget their numbers.
