How do I find incoming mail server?

Hello all. My school only supports Windows. Consequently, if I want to check e-mail, I have to use the lousy Microsoft Outlook Web Access program. I also have the option of using citrix to open up a virtual windows desktop on my machine (no thanks). All I want is to forward my e-mail to my mac mail program. But they refuse to tell me the incoming mail server or the outlook web access server name (If I use "account type: exchange" I think these are the only two things I need to know, right?). Does anyone know where I can find the incoming mail server?
