1 gig RAM modules for 1.25PB?

Anyone know where 1 gig RAM modules exist for Powerbooks and if they work properly?



I want to upgrade the RAM in my new Powerbook, but I want to skip the 512 stage and just put in 1 gigs when they make sense.

    You can find a few on www.pricewatch.com I am in the same situation (I upgraded my 15" to the single 512) I plan to put a 1GB DIMM in sometime in the next 6 months or so. I plan to wait until the 1GB DIMMS are in the $200 range, rather than the $500+ that they are right now.

    $500 is ridiculous. I hope they start dropping soon.

    Right there with you. I'm gonna wait until the prices drop and then max out my RAM.
