panther - don't wan't to loose itunes info - how?

I am about to install panther on my machine. when I installed jaguar last year my itunes lost all information on how many times I palyed songs or when I added them etc. how can I avoid loosing all this info when upgrading to panther???

p.s. I want to do a clean istall of course...

    Back up the file: ~/music/itunes/iTunes 4 Music Library and ~/music/itunes/iTunes 4 Music Library.xml



    after you install panther move these files back to the same location.
