Getting Intellipoint and Expose to play nice together

I want to set expose commands to command+mouse 3, 4, 5 etc



But I can't do this without completely disabling the Microsoft Intellipoint software!



I use Intellipoint to assign double-click to my middle button and obviously for forward and back, and also for zooming in illustrator and photoshop.



Any ideas about a work-around for this?
