Sherlock Alert

As of Halloween weekend Sherlock is sucking wind for users of Jaguar AND Panther. Most are surmising that it is a server issue, perhaps Apple is adding more channels or monkeying with the databases. All-in-all it's been a big headache for users and I just wanted to let everyone know that they're not alone.

    Glad to see it's not just me. All day I've been trying to use th Translation pane and had to launch Sherlock a few times before it would work.

    Seems normal now. No new channels though :-( It's 10 o'clock on Sunday, November 2nd.

    Geez... I helped a buddy do a clean install of Panther on a Powerbook... he's an actual SWITCHER from (he got sick of all the crap).



    Anyways, he asked what Sherlock was, so we lauched it... Argh



    It's okay now...
